The company is headed by Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Gurcharan Singh, who has extensive experience in the construction of reformers, heaters and other critical equipments in refineries, fertilisers and is an acknowledged person in the Indian Chemical Industry with proven record in the field. Re-construction of PF - 4 crude heater in record time of 87 days in 1995 and construction RCO heater in 55 days in 1991 at HPCL, Mumbai, are few examples of fast track construction jobs which were completed under his direct supervision. Prior to incorporation of Esteem, Mr. Singh was heading construction department of M/s Kinetics Technology India Ltd., during his tenure with KTI spanning more than 25 years he held various key positions.
